In The Vineyard
With harvest finished and the leaves falling, it is the time of year when the grape vines start to shut down and go dormant for the winter. Over the course of the next few months we will be giving the vines their annual haircut and preparing them for next season's growth.
Wines
Most of the 2007 whites have made their way into the bottle and now available. Meanwhile, the 2007 reds are happily spending their time with their feet up relaxing in barrels, where they will stay for a few more months as they age into what is potentially our best vinatage yet.
