Our next class will be March 13th. If you would like to be notified when we do schedule one, please let us know. The class consists of:

• A tour of the production area
• Guided tasting of a number of our wines
• Discussion on the basics of wine tasting (including answers to questions like "why do you smell wine?" as well as more advanced issues like "what is a 'corked' wine and how do I tell if it is 'corked'?")
• Other topics of discussion will include varietal characteristics, pairing wine with food, cooking with wine, and New Jersey's place in the wine world
